Lead Software Developer Team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Development Team Lead to spearhead the development of our medical imaging solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding a team of software engineers through the full development lifecycle.

• As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
• You will work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software features and enhancements.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of experienced software engineers through the full development lifecycle.
2. Scrum Facilitation: Plan and lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, demos, product refinement and retrospectives.
3. Support Agile Excellence: Act as a coach and facilitator to promote agile values, continuous improvement, and team self-management.
4. Deliver Results: Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of software features and enhancements in collaboration with the Product Owner and stakeholders.
5. Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate impediments to keep the team focused and productive.
6. Foster Growth: Set goals, evaluate performance, and support career development for your team members.
7. Promote Transparency: Act as an information radiator, providing visibility into progress, risks, and metrics.
8. Drive Innovation: Champion new ideas, processes, and technologies to enhance team output and software quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading software development teams in an agile environment.
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Java, Angular.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, GIT, Eclipse.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage change constructively and promote a culture of learning and adaptability.

English: Fluent

Dutch: Very Good

Nice To Have

• Experience with medical software or regulated environments.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
